To provide and maintain the educational platform. To facilitate communication between institutions, parents, and students. To generate academic reports and insights.

5. AI and Data Processing

We use Amazon Bedrock for AI-powered features. Data sent to AI models is used only for the specific request and is not used to train general models.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell institutional or student data. Data is shared only with authorized staff, essential service providers, or law enforcement if required by law.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as the Institution maintains an active subscription or as required by law.

9. User Rights

Users (via their Institution) have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality.

Data regarding students under 18 is managed under the supervision of the Institution and with parental consent where applicable.
