1. Eligibility and Scope
LORB is provided to educational institutions. Users such as administrators, teachers, students, and parents access the platform under the authority of their Institution.
2. Nature of Service
LORB provides student information management, academic workflows and reporting, parent and staff portals, and AI-powered assistance.
3. Account Responsibility
Accounts are created and managed by the Institution. Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality.
4. Data Ownership
All data belongs to the Institution. LORB acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Institution.
5. AI Features (Cyra)
LORB includes AI-powered tools to assist with workflows and learning. AI outputs should be reviewed for accuracy by qualified staff.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not reverse engineer the platform, use the service for illegal activities, or attempt to bypass security measures.
7. Payments and Fees
Service fees are governed by the agreement between the Institution and Cybroque Technologies.
8. Intellectual Property
The LORB software, brand, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Cybroque Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cybroque Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of LORB.
10. Termination
The Institution may terminate service as per their contract. Cybroque Technologies may suspend access for violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
